Business Development Executive for IT Company
Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and innovative Business Development Executive to join our IT company. You will primarily be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
2. Identify new business opportunities and partners.
3. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
4. Strong knowledge of the IT industry.
5. Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
6. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Salary:
25k to 40k per month plus incentives depending on experience and qualifications.
